By understanding and avoiding these behaviors, parents can foster a supportive environment conducive to healthy growth and self-esteem in children.





In the midst of numerous challenges and unresourceful emotions, Sunita found herself struggling to regain control and her sense of identity. This identity, which usually propelled her towards becoming a better version of herself, seemed to be slipping away. Much like Arjuna in the Bhagavad Gita, she was in desperate need of a guiding presence—her Krishna—to help her see reality and face the battle of life head-on.





Manifest 2024 in Goa was a special three-day experience that changed my life. I met Mr. Rafi, my mentor, and since then, everything in my life feels magical. My outlook on life, people, and relationships transformed profoundly. Problems turned into challenges, and challenges became opportunities. Now, at Manifest, I realize that these opportunities are meant for someone extraordinary like me, not for an ordinary life.

During Chinmay's talk, something clicked for me when I volunteered. We got an envelope each with money placed in, and Chinmay asked about our views. The first time, I felt grateful for being part of the exercise. When he handed out envelopes again, I got the maximum money, ie. Rs. 200. This time, my gratitude deepened. It's proof that being thankful for the small things attracts good things into our lives.
